AC300 is a PCB magazine surface dusts cleaning system. In some car electronics factories, normally they have many PCB magazines and they are easy to gather dusts. As dusts on magazine will affect the quality of PCBA assembly quality, it need to clean time to time.
The cleaning system have a 6-axises robot and our patented cleaning unit to clean every aspect of magazine. Compressed air to blow dust off from magazine surface and the vacuum device absorb the rising dusts and put it into the dust collection boxes.
