Wash and rinse 2 seperated systems:
  Wash and rinse use individual pumps, tanks and pipes.

Rinse water can be heated for better rinse result and better cleaness:
  Rinse water heated in the DI water tank first and put into rinse tank, make rinse water in stable temperature, help customer to get better PCBA rinse result and better cleaness, especially for precise component like BGA, QFP and connectors.

Wash liquid real time filtering function:
  Real time liquid filtering can stop solder balls go back to PCBA together with liquid, very important for precise component like BGA, QFP, connectors and some very small solid flux.

Real time digital spray pressure feedback:
  Liquid and water spray pressure is the same important as liquid/water/hot air temperature, wash/rinse/dry time. Need to deteft and feedback to PC and MES system.

Save up to 33% of DI water consumption each cycle:
  Put the last time rinse water into DI water tank which can save up to 33% DI water consumption in each cycle.
